About Me
I'm a designer with over 15 years of experience in product design. I've had the privilege of working with some of the most prominent companies in the world, including ESPN, Disney, Twitter, and my latest gig, Strava.
At Strava, I'm developing innovative solutions to some of the most complex problems I've encountered in my career. The unique blend of single and multiplayer modes at Strava stands out in the industry, with no direct parallels and creating unique challenges.
Before joining Strava, I spent a transformative year at Twitter, primarily in the pre-Elon Musk era. There, I honed my skills in tackling significant UX and customer challenges. Initially, I was part of the topics and interests team, where I developed strategies for implementing both implicit and explicit personalization across the product. After that, I addressed long-standing UX issues on the Home Timeline, requiring creative storytelling to explain and resolve complex problems.
Prior to Twitter, I spent about 10 years at ESPN/Disney. During my time there, I spanned the entire ecosystem, starting with Live Data and the redesign of ESPN.com, then eventually moving to Fantasy Football, WatchESPN, and ultimately leading UX for the ESPN App and OTT devices. My early years at ESPN/Disney taught me to adapt to change and work on a wide array of products, which has been invaluable throughout my career.
